Regarding international shipping, it is a pay-as-you-go system.
The shipping fee will change depending on the weight listed at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

About returns and exchanges

 


Please check for damage as soon as the product arrives.
In the unlikely event that the product is damaged during delivery or the product is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
We will replace it with a non-defective item at our expense. If there is no replacement product, we will refund the product price.
Also, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience.
Please note that due to the characteristics of online shopping, we are unable to respond to requests for returns or exchanges related to color viewing, such as "the color is different from what you imagined" or "the color is different from what you expected."
